Always Play Covers is an epic double-album created by fans as a tribute to Starflyer 59. Originating in a Facebook fan group as the simple idea of a tribute album, we quickly received a wealth of submissions - so many, in fact, that we made the decision to split the album in two, thus creating a listening experience at once more manageable and decidedly unique. Thematically divided in half, each side of the album presents the listener with a different take on Starflyer 59: one a little more upbeat and sunny, one a little moodier, more introspective.
